We run rain or shine
We have a canopy that covers the boat. In the event of bad weather including thunder, lightning or heavy winds, the Captain has the authority to cancel or suspend the cruise and issue vouchers for a cruise. Your safety is our top priority.

We at Clearwater Party Boats take our passengers and crew health and safety serious. We are required by Federal Law to follow the CDC's Mask policy.

We at Clearwater Party Boats take our passengers and crew health and safety serious. We are required by Federal Law to follow the CDC's Mask policy.
We have implemented the following crew procedures:
1. Our crew will wear a face coverings.
2. Our crew will take their temperature prior to each cruise.
3. Sanitize the vessel before each cruise.
4. Our crew not touch any of your property.
5. We will offer use to hand sanitizer products.
We further ask all of our passengers NOT to come aboard if:
1. Asked to self-quarantine by any doctor, hospital or health agency.
2. Have been diagnosed with, or have contact with, anyone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19.
3. Currently have a fever, cough, or shortness of breath.
4. Traveled to, or had contact with, any person that within the last 14 days, traveled to an overseas country that is subject of the 5. Level 3 Travel Health Notice issued by the CDC.
Cancellation
Full refund up to 72 hours in advance of the cruise. Within 72 hours a rain check credit will be issued.

Weather Policy:
Our captains make the decision to go out. If we can not go out due to weather a refund will be issued. If we can safely go out a refund will not be issued.
